1. Agreement

2. Services

We provide digital services including web development, design, marketing, mobile apps, Oracle solutions, and related consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals, statements of work, or contracts signed by both parties.

3. Client responsibilities

• Supply content, assets, and approvals required for project delivery
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide
• Make payments according to agreed schedules

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to agreed deliverables as specified in the project contract. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Portfolio use of completed work may be included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment terms

Fees, deposits, and milestones are outlined in each proposal. Late payments may pause work or incur additional charges as stated in your agreement. Refund policies, if any, are specified in the signed contract for that project.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The NetRunners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing. NDAs may supplement these terms for specific engagements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the terms in the signed agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable as specified in the contract.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified in your project agreement, or otherwise the laws applicable to The NetRunners' principal place of business.
